There is no electricity or running water. The „shower“ works on the traditional way with warm water in the sauna. The authentically designed sauna, as well as the traditional Sami tent create an exceptional ambiance of peace and relaxation, far off from stress and the rush of the daily routine. The cozy atmosphere and the exclusive location, right in between the untouched rivers Kalix and Kaitum, make the wilderness camp the perfect spot to create unforgettable memories.

Time is luxury and today you have it all for yourself. You decide if you want to go out by skis or snowshoes or spend the whole day at the camp, read a good book and relax in the sauna. You can also try your luck at icefishing, a very popular hobby for locals. Although the camp is not too far away from the main lodge, it feels like you are right in the middle of nowhere. There is no TV, no phone, no computer. You can get back to the basics and perhaps you even loose the feeling for time. In the evening you might see the beautiful northern lights. The chances are good because there are no disturbing artificial lights around the wilderness camp.
In the morning you still have some time for a hike with snowshoes or a little ski trip. You can also book another guided activity, of course. Then your guide will lead your way back to the lodge. At 11:30 you are transferred back to Kiruna. With your batteries recharged you travel back home.
