Bike and Bath

We start from the Hike&Bike office by lake Mývatn at 18:00 (06:00pm) and cycle on our mountain bikes through the village of Reykjahlíð. We make some stops on the way and enjoy the view and learn about the local traditions. A stop by the geothermal area at Bjarnaflag to see the underground bakery will give you an insight into how locals use the geothermal heat. Then wo continue to a cave that the locals used to use as a natural steam bath. After that we have a bath at the Mývatn nature baths. We spend about an hour in the baths before heading back to the Hike&Bike office.
