The perfect program to gain a better understanding of local life! Our Snowmobile safari combined with Ice Fishing experience it`s a great way to spend a winter day like a typical Finn! The guide will take you across the snowy fields of the arctic forest to a frozen lake that is only reached by the snowmobiles. The arctic forest trail has breathtaking surroundings where you can take beautiful pictures. Once you arrive to the frozen lake, guides will teach you to open a hole in the ice and the best techniques to catch the fish! ice Fishing offers tranquil nature experience and fresh air! An bonfire will be created to warm up yourself and some sausages and warm drinks will be served. Guides will also tell you great stories of the biggest fish catches and let you know about all kind of fishes that can be captured in the area. What to bring

Please note: in order to drive a snowmobile, a valid drivers license is required and You will be asked to present your license prior to departure. 

Additional information

• 2 adults share 1 snowmobile. If the number of people in the group is an odd number, someone in the group will have to share a snowmobile with another member of the activity. Single driving is available as supplement for adults.Children 0-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety.
• If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability). 
• Duration of the program about 3 hours. It is suited for adults as well as children. 
• In order to drive a snowmobile, a valid driver’s license (class B) is required. A provisional license or a picture of the driving license won’t be accepted. The driving license must be recognizable in English. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile and no refund can be offered.
• The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the tour, and guests cannot participate if intoxicated.
