Departing Arthur's Quay, Limerick at 08:30 daily, our fully qualified, local driver / guide, will take you from Limerick via Bunratty Castle and Ennis to the quay in the picturesque fishing village of Doolin.
En route to Doolin we make a quick pick up stop at The Bunratty Castle Hotel adjacent to Bunratty Castle & Folk Park. Built to impress in the 15th century, Bunratty Castle is one of the most splendid in Ireland. Its bold outline dominates the skyline as you pass.
Our final pick up before heading out into the wilds of County Clare is at The Temple Gate Hotel in Ennis. Ennis or 'Inis' in Irish meaning 'Island' relates to an island formed between two courses of the River Fergus on which the Franciscan Friary was built in the 13th century.
Upon arrival in Doolin, you will board the 11:00 ferry sailing to Inisheer, the smallest and closest of the 3 Aran Islands. Ferry sailing takes between 30 and 40 minutes. Once on the Island, you have 2 hours of free time to explore an ancient castle and church, shipwreck, lighthouse, beaches, pubs and cafes.
Return ferry departs at 13:45 and returns to Doolin via the Cliffs of Moher, subject to weather conditions. From the sea, you get a unique view of the majestic Cliffs of Moher in all their splendour.
Upon return to Doolin, you re-board the tour coach and our driver / guide will take you to the top of the Cliffs of Moher, where entry fee to the Atlantic Edge, the eco-friendly visitors centre, is included.
Tour departs Cliffs of Moher after 1 hour and returns to Limerick between 18:00 and 18:30.

En route, you will pass medieval castles, beautiful little villages, fields of dry stone walls and the amazing rural landscape of west Clare. Our driver / guide will entertain you with insights into the geology, history and stories of the landscapes in view.

Upon arrival at the harbour area in Doolin, our driver / guide will present you with your boarding pass for the return ferry to Inisheer. Our ferry partners, Doolin2Aran Ferries have been operating from Doolin for nearly 100 years. Today, this family run company operate the newest fleet of vessels from Doolin to the Aran Islands.
Once we're all on board the ferry, we depart for the 30 minute sailing to Inisheer. From the ferry you get amazing views of the Clare coastline, Connemara and the Aran Islands along with some marine wildlife from time to time.
Upon arrival on Inisheer, you have 2 hours of free time to explore and enjoy the smallest of the Aran Islands. There is an ancient castle and church, famous shipwreck, lighthouse and fabulous beach all within walking distance. Speak to our driver / guide about hiring a local tour guide or bicycle to enhance your experience. While you're here, why not visit one of the pubs / cafes and enjoy a homemade lunch?
En route from Inisheer to Doolin, the ferry will detour to sail in beneath the Cliffs of Moher, subject to weather conditions. The view of the Cliffs of Moher from the sea is one of the most spectacular and has to be seen to be believed.
Once the ferry has docked in Doolin, we re-board the tour vehicle and head straight to the visitors centre at the top of the Cliffs of Moher.
Once at the Cliffs of Moher, our driver / guide will provide you with your entry ticket to the Cliffs of Moher, ticket included in tour price. The Cliffs of Moher is Ireland's most visited natural attraction. Standing at 214 meters at their highest point and stretching out for 8 km along the Wild Atlantic Way. The Cliffs of Moher offers one of the most spectacular views in Ireland. Your ticket entitles you to admission to the eco-friendly visitors centre, The Atlantic Edge. The Atlantic Edge exhibition brings the story of the cliffs to life.
After our Cliffs of Moher stop it is time to re-board the tour vehicle, sit back and relax while our driver / guide returns you to your pick up point.
