  • The tour is scheduled daily. However, we cancel the tour if the weather forecast and the aurora are not promising enough. When a tour is cancelled, we inform you the day before. Those booked can change their booking to another date or get a full refund, given that they have not been on the tour before.
  • Once you have joined a departure, the tour is non-refundable regardless of whether the lights are visible.

Iceland’s winter beauty comes with icy paths—be safe! We recommend using crampons, available for example at BSÍ bus station, for secure footing. Enjoy the adventure responsibly!
