Our glacier snowmobile tour on Langjökull has gotten a great addition – a visit to a natural ice cave. We pick you up in Reykjavik and take you to the base camp near Langjökull glacier where we gear up and get ready for a fantastic day on the glacier. After a safety briefing on how to operate a snowmobile, we head out on a one hour snowmobile ride. When we are halfway through the ride we stop at a natural Ice cave on the glacier. We park the sleds and go on food the last few meters to the opening of the cave. You will have enough time to explore the ice cave and make memories for life. Also, if you are in need of a new profile picture on your social media then luckily for you, you will get some great photo opportunities inside the ice cave. After the ice caving, we ride down to base camp where we took off before we head back to Reykjavík and end this fantastic adventure.

Please note that the price of the tour is based on two persons sharing a snowmobile. If you prefer to ride solo, you can upgrade for only 6.000 isk extra.

Includes: Pick up from Reykjavík, driver-guide, 1-hour double ride (possible to upgrade to single ride), a guided visit to the Langjökull ice cave and all the safety equipment for the Snowmobile trip.

What to bring

Bring with you warm outdoor clothing, sturdy shoes, sunglasses and your camera.
