When you get to the islands of Mykines, you will be greeted by a local guide, and the amazing tour begins. Lunch and bottled water will be provided for you for the hike, so all you will have to do, is to enjoy the wonders surrounding you in this majestic place. The hike to the famous lighthouse takes approx 1.5 Hour each way, and you will have plenty of opportunities to take photos of the many Puffins, Gannets, Guillemots and other bird species along the way. Back in the village you will have some time for yourself to explore the small, remote village before your guide shows you back to the ferry.

The hike out to the lighthouse and back takes around four hours, and can be challenging for some people. You don't need to hike soo much to see puffins, and it's not mandatory to do the hiking
Enjoy the sail trip from Sørvágur to Mykines, where you will see sights such as Múlafossur waterfall, Tindhólmur and Drangarnir.

The hike begins and you will walk along some of the most beautiful scenery the Faroe Islands has to offer. You will be surrounded by thousands of birds especially puffins, and you will have plenty of time to stop and take as many photos as you like.
Arriving at the westernmost point of the Faroes, where the famous lighthouse is located. here you will see a lot of another special type of bird, the Gannet, which only lives in Mykineshólmur.
Hiking back, and the local tour guide takes another route back, to ensure you will see as much as possible on your tour.
Enjoy the last hour in the village by yourself or accompanied your tour guide.
There are two small café’s and a small souvénir shop, that definitely is worth a visit.
