Kallur Lighthouse + Highlights of the North

Description

After pick up, it’s a one hour drive from Tórshavn to Klaksvík which is located on the island Borðoy. We will enter a small ferry from Klaksvík to Syðradalur and the sailing time is approx. 20 minutes. arriving in Kalsoy, we will drive through 5 narrow tunnels and 4 small villages until we are in Trøllanes. arriving in Trøllanes, the local farmer greets you, and you will walk with him for approx. one hour to the lighthouse. the hike is Easy/Medium arriving at the lighthouse, you will be greeted with a packed lunch and some drinks. you are now free to walk around exactly like you want, and enjoy the rich birdlife and beautiful surroundings. when it’s time, you will back to the village were a bus waits you. Back in Klaksvík we head farther north, to the village Viðareiði, were you will see the two islands Fugloy and Svínoy. Viðareiði is the northernmost islands of the Faroe Islands. from Viðareiði the journey heads towards Kunoy, which means woman island. Arriving in Kunoy you will get the opportunity to walk around as you like, take pictures etc. when the visit in Kunoy is finished we will all get back to the bus and head back towards Tórshavn. you will be dropped of right at your hotel or designated drop-off point in the capital Tórshavn.
